Finding My Magic for your students

Finding My Magic encourages children to develop skills to become respectful, non-discriminatory and socially inclusive – essential skills for development into well adjusted adults. Learning about human rights at a young age will increase children's understanding of human rights and contribute to their development, wellbeing and life-long success.

Finding My Magic is a 12 part animated series about children's rights and responsibilities aimed at primary school students. Based on the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child, each episode reflects a different children's right and is supported by a comprehensive teacher's guide with activities suitable for a range of ages. Together, the episodes and teacher's guide aim to develop the skills and knowledge of young children in knowing their rights and respecting the rights of others.

It’s not just about having children watch these episodes and leaving it there – this is the door opening the conversation to human rights and responsibilities for children. It will open the world for children.
